I got a great news today from www.blogger.com for all those bloggers using Blogger and who have an Apple iOS device like iPhone, iPod or iPad. The news is that www.blogger.com, one of the biggest blogging platform available on the internet and which is owned by Google, has released its official app for iOS devices. This is a great news for me any thousands of bloggers like me because there was no official app for blogging from the iOS devices and we had to use third-party apps like BlogPress.
"Today we’re excited to announce the new Blogger app for iOS. With the
Blogger app, you can write a new blog post and publish it immediately or
save it as a draft right from your iOS device. You can also open a blog
post you've been working on from your computer and continue editing it" - Chang Kim, Product Manager posted on the official blogger blog. "Blogger app makes it easy to add photos either by choosing from the gallery or taking a new photo right within the app" the post explained further. The app also allows adding post labels and locations.
Google is indeed late releasing its official app for iOS devices, knowing the fact that they are the most sold hand-held devices all over the world and bloggers like me are always looking for apps which allows us to make new posts on the go. They already released their official app for Android devices a few months ago in February.
I will try the Blogger App today and may post review later. If you have already tested this app, let me know your take on it.
