Tony Blair's Sister-In-Law Converts To Islam : Why So Much Shout When Someone Converts To Islam?

Former British prime minister Tony Blair's sister-in-law Lauren Booth has revealed that she has converted to Islam. Booth, who is half-sister to Cherie Blair and a Catholic by birth, switched faith after a recent visit to Iran. A human rights campaigner and journalist, she works for Press TV, Iran's 24-hour English language international news channel.

Booth told a section of British media, "I had a delightful experience at a Muslim shrine in Iran six weeks ago. I now pray five times a day and occasionally go to a mosque. And I haven't had an alcoholic drink for 45 days."

Booth now covers her head and neck with hijab when outside her home, no longer eats pork and reads the Quran every day. She conceded that her decision to convert might create a controversy. "Every action sparks a reaction," she said.

"Every action sparks a reaction." How true! And if the action is converting to Islam, it may not be just a spark, it will become fire. I don't know why people reacts like "What!!?" when they hear someone has converted to Islam. Why so much shout? If I convert to Islam or Hinduism or any other religion, what's the problem? Why everyone's eyes pops out? Whenever someone converts to Islam, it starts controversy. Those half minded (or mindless) people starts shouting. They think everyone who converts to Islam, is 'forced' to do so. These retards don't understand no one can be 'forced' to convert to a particular religion. Even if so, it will not be a proper and true conversion.

When you accepts some other religion, you 'must' have 'faith' in it. If you don't know anything about that religion and starts believing in, that's not accepted as conversion. You can't convert to other religion "just-for-fun". When you truly believe that the religion you are converting to suits you more, if you have 'actual' faith in that religion, if you are not converting to a religion because you want to get some benefit, only then you are truly and properly converted to a religion.

In Islam, there is a condition. If you are converting to Islam because you get some benefits, or just  to marry a Muslim, it's not accepted. You must believe in Islam and follow its rules. Converting to Islam and keep believing in other religion is not accepted. And it's the same for other religions too.

Today Islam's image and reputation has stained. And that's because of those fuc*ing fistful of terrorists, who call themselves "True Muslims". And that's why when someone converts to Islam, all eyebrows are raised with shock. People were converting to Islam even before 9/11 and are converting after 9/11 too. Terrorism has taken Islams reputation down all over but Islam was great, and is great. Every religion has it's own reputation and no religion is greater or less that other religions in any mean. All religion have their own good things which attracts people to start believing in it. I covert to Islam, I convert to catholic, I convert to Hinduism, that's my choice. Stop raising eyebrows and take it easy.
