This week Facebook suggested that they are going to announce "something awesome." With high expectations, Facebook announced "Facebook Video Calling" just a day before. I got my hands on Facebook Video Calling and I found that setting up and using Video Calling on Facebook is really easy. Here I am going to show how to setup and use Facebook Video Calling.
How To Setup Facebook Video Calling?
Step 1
- Go to http://www.facebook.com/videocalling
- Click Get Started button
- It asks you whom do you want to call? Select your friend from the online friends' list from the right. Note that to setup Facebook Video Calling, alteast one of your must be online.

Step 2
- The next step is to download and install Facebook Video Call plug-in. It is a plug-in that you need to install to use Facebook Video Calling service. So when it asks you "Setup video calling now" (or something similar to that, not sure at this moment) Select Yes.
- Now a download on your browser starts. Save it on your computer and run it after it downloads.

How to use Facebook Video Calling?
Step 1
- Click on the "Chat" bar in the bottom-right corner. A list will open which will show you the online friends.
- Select your friend with whom you want to chat on video calling.
Step 2
- Now click the video calling button.
- Now if your friend has already setup Facebook Video Calling, your video call will start, If not, then it will ask your friend to setup video calling. Once your friend setups video calling, you can call him/her again and you will be able to talk face to face.
